Parking, EV Charging and Bicycle Parking

Monthly and Visitor Parking
U.S. Bank Tower provides parking with fee-paid garage and surface parking. Reserved parking is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, while unreserved and visitor parking is on the 4th through 7th floor. Visitor and daily parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Garage is open to visitors from 6:00 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Fees
Daily rate is $2 every 20 minutes with the daily maximum at $24.
Lost ticket fee is $24.

EV Charging Stations
EV charging stations are on the 2nd floor of the parking garage next to the elevators. There are two ChargePoint AC dual ports totaling 4 chargers. Time limit of 3-hours per tenant is enforced, any additional time charging will result in station fees and a parking violation.

Bicycles
Bicycle racks are provided in a secure area on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. Bicycle rack applications can be obtained from security at the front desk. This must be filled out and submitted to gain bicycle rack access.

Violations
Any vehicle with 3 or more parking violations is subject to towing at the expense of owner.

Level 2 handicap and reserved parking: 8'2"
EV charging: 7'0"
Level 3 and up: 7'0"
Basement: 7'0"
